• I have over 15 years hands on experience working in the human resources field including 9 years as a Human Resource Manager in both the public and private sectors

• CIPD qualified

• Accredited Psychometric Assessor

• Expertise in developing and delivering training packages in areas such as recruitment and selection, managing performance, managing sickness and employment law

• Expertise in developing and implementing new performance review processes

• Experience of setting up HR policies, procedures, staff handbooks and contracts of employment

• Expertise in carrying our recruitment and selection activities including the development of Assessment Centres and the use of psychometric tests.
